Apple just announced the new version of iOS 4.3 along with the iPad 2. The new version os iOS bring lots of new features on the table like AirPlay, iTunes home sharing, Personal Hotspot, Photo Booth and the brand new and faster Nitro Javscript engine for mobile Safari. The new iOS 4.3 will be available on March 11.
